What is ALPHA?

Alpha - Exploring Christianity is a 12-week course designed to introduce participants to the Christian faith. Alpha creates a relaxed and informative atmosphere for people from all walks of life to investigate the claims of Jesus Christ. Alpha is an opportunity to understand more about what the Bible says about a relationship with God - all in a relational setting.

Who is ALPHA for?

Alpha is for anyone who desires to take a deeper look at the Bible and Christianity in a fun, relational setting. Alpha intentionally creates an atmosphere where any question is encouraged and tough issues can be raised with confidence. It is for those who...

• Are searching to find meaning in life
• Have never attended church or recently returned to church
• Want to know God better
• Have recently become a Christian

How much does it cost?

Nothing! Alpha is absolutely free, and includes course materials, dinner and childcare through sixth grade.

What's involved in ALPHA?

The first night of Alpha is our Kick-off Dinner. In addition to a great dinner, you’ll have the chance to meet other people and decide if Alpha is right for you. Feel free to bring a friend or family member with you to the dinner. The next ten weeks will follow a similar format: dinner together, followed by a brief talk, and concluding with an opportunity to discuss the topic and ask questions in an informal, small group setting. Alpha creates a safe environment where discussing the big issues of life create lasting friendships and life-changing experiences. The course concludes with a Celebration Dinner.

When is ALPHA offered?

Alpha is offered on Monday nights from 6:00 - 8:30 pm. The next course will start with a Kickoff Dinner on Monday, January 15.
