Paul & Kathy Baum
Mission:
Evangelical Free Church Mission
Location: Germany
The Baums are planting a reproducing church among the two million
Turkish Muslims in Germany where they have served with the Evangelical
Free Church Mission since 1987. The nature of the community where they
live and serve requires a long-term commitment to ministry that involves
developing relationships through events, hospital visits, and daily
encounters. They also help German believers to increase their vision and
passion for the Muslims in the community around them. The Baums have
three children, Matthew, Rachel and Joshua. |

Mark & Stephanie Dodrill
Mission: Youth for Christ
Location: Spain
Mark & Stephanie Dodrill, and their children, Cristina, Alex and
Jennifer live in Barcelona, Spain where they work with Youth for Christ
(YFC). Mark is the National Director for YFC in Spain. Mark grew up at
Faith Church and first felt God’s call to overseas service during a
Global Impact Conference. Their ministry in Barcelona began in 1982 and
has focused on evangelism and discipleship of Spanish young people. They
also equip other church leaders in youth ministry through training
seminars, camps, concerts, and special outreaches. The Dodrills were
very instrumental in the construction of the Barcelona Youth Center,
which is a safe place for students to come. It has a computer lab,
recreation areas, and places for seminars and Bible studies. |

Sam & Sadie Doherty
Mission: Child Evangelism Fellowship International
Location: Northern
Ireland
Sam & Sadie Doherty have worked with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)
for more than 55 years. They founded CEF in Ireland and worked as the
directors there for 14 years. Then, for 29 years they worked as regional
directors of European CEF, and for the past 12 years they have been
writing children’s materials for CEF worldwide. The Dohertys write a
variety of different types of books, including stories to help children
learn about God, training manuals to assist workers with their
ministries to children, and doctrinal lessons to enable adults to teach
Bible truths simply and attractively to children. These books and
lessons are sent out free of charge in English to over 6,000 children’s
workers in 135 countries worldwide. A number of them have been
translated into 43 other languages and are being used by 20,000
children’s workers in their own languages. So far, the Dohertys have
coordinated the printing of 1½ million books and lessons. In India
alone, 200,000 teaching manuals and lessons have been distributed. |

Bill & Maria Teresa Standridge
Mission: Aurora Mission
Location: Italy
The Standridges are church-planters in Italy where Bill pastors the
Independent Gospel Church of Rome. Both are active in writing,
speaking at Bible conferences, and evangelism. Maria Teresa serves
as an encourager for wives of missionaries, pastors and deacons. |

Dan & Michelle Tebbe
Mission: One Challenge International
Location: Germany
The Tebbes serve with One Challenge International at Black Forest
Academy (BFA), a school for missionary kids, in southwest Germany. They
met at BFA and were married in 2004. Dan teaches science and Michelle
teaches physical education. Dan grew up as part of the Faith Church
missions family, ministering with his family in Pakistan, Bangledesh,
Jordan, and Cyrpus. Dan’s parents, Jim and Beth Tebbe, currently

Mark & Kathy Wilson
Mission: Cadence International
Location: Germany
Mark & Kathy serve the Lord in Germany where Mark is the director of
Operational Vision for Malachi Ministries. Malachi serves the students
of U.S. military families who are stationed at bases around the world.
Currently, Malachi has more than 40 staff members who serve
approximately 1000 youth. Mark and Kathy work to implement Malachi’s
vision and strategy, as well as train staff, plan, recruit, budget funds
and take part in the leadership and discipleship of staff members. Mark
grew up in a military family and lived all over the world. Kathy’s
father (George Kenworthy) was the senior pastor at Faith Church from
1987-1993. In 1987 Kathy visited a military base in Germany on a
short-term mission trip and felt called to serve military youth. A few
years later, Kathy and Mark met at Taylor University. After they were
married, they moved to Germany and started their ministry to military
youth. Mark and Kathy have three children, Abigail, Samuel and Moyra. |

Steve & Nancy Wooden
Mission: SEND International
Location: Ukraine
Steve and Nancy serve with SEND International in Kiev, Ukraine.
Currently, Steve is also an area director for SEND, where he gives
leadership and oversight to the more than 50 missionaries who are
serving all over Ukraine with SEND. He also meets with key Ukrainian
leaders throughout the country. Nancy is the director of Christian
Education at Kiev Theological Seminary. Since overhauling the
curriculum, Nancy's main responsibility is student care. Together they
participate at Hope Church (begun in 2000) where they started the
preschool ministry (now in the hands of capable Ukrainians) and Steve
continues as an elder. They still find time every so often to teach
together "Teaching the Bible to Preschoolers" and to frequently welcome
guests into their home. The Woodens have been part of Faith Church since
1978 and were involved in children’s ministry for many years. Nancy
served eight years as the Faith Church Early Childhood Director and
Steve served on the Missions Committee in addition to his ministry with
children. Following a 1995 trip to our sister church, Vinnitsa Baptist
Church in Vinnitsa, Ukraine, God began opening the doors for them to go
and serve in Ukraine to train leaders in children’s ministry. |
